Consistently good food, reliable

I've ordered from Kusan several times now, usually the Big Plate Chicken. It's always hot when it arrives and the flavor is consistent. This time, I also got the Samsa, which was just as good as I remembered. Delivery was quick, took 4 days to reach Oakland, and the order was correct, as always. That's why I keep coming back.

Great meal, few minor issues

My recent order from Kusan was pretty good. I got the Ding Ding Laghman and some Beef Skewers. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and the estimated delivery time was accurate. The noodles were fresh and the beef skewers were perfectly cooked, very flavorful. However, one of the skewers was a bit smaller than I expected. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the delivery window, which was nice. Packaging was secure, no spills or anything. Overall, a solid experience, definitely helped me understand what to expect next time.

Amazing! Will order again!

Oh my goodness, Kusan blew me away! I ordered the Lamb Chops and they were so incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly. And the Honey Glazed Chicken? Absolutely delicious, I could eat it every day. They definitely have catering. I think it's called 'catering platters' on the menu or something. You might even get a discount if it's a big order, so check for that.

Are their noodles really hand-pulled? I've been to other places that say that but then it's just regular machine noodles.

It's got a kick, for sure, but it's not like unbearable. More flavorful spicy than just pure heat. You can always ask for less spice too, I think.

It's medium spicy, like a good warming heat. Not crazy, but you'll definitely feel it. Enough to make your nose run a little lol.

I've had both, and honestly, Kusan's noodles just hit different. They're thicker and chewier, feels more authentic to me. Also, Kusan's Big Plate Chicken is better, imo.

Kusan feels a bit more consistent with their quality. Dolan is good too, but I often find myself going back to Kusan for their lamb skewers and the texture of their laghman. Also, Kusan has better milk tea.
